Velotas 1/2 Inch Interlocking EVA Foam Personal Fitness Mat, Diamond Plate Exercise Mats for Indoor Workout

I love these things! I have had them in one room for roughly four years. They will dimple from things setting on them, but spring back, no matter how long. Easy to clean, and have not faded. I just bought two more boxes and they are the exact same shade as my originals.

I used these as the floor in my gym so I don't need an exercise mat or anything in addition to this. I had hardwood floors and wanted something better to work out on. I have placed my ski-machine and my squat machine on top of these as well and it is holding up just fine and not moving anywhere. Downfall is my cats love it as a scratch pad so now I need to keep the door closed lol.

I was nervous buying this product because I planned on starting Yoga and HIIT, and I didn't want to feel the hard floor when I did my routine. I love how dense this product is and how quickly it decompresses back to shape. I believe I am going to have years of use from this product without the foam compressing in and not offer any padding (I have experienced this with similar products...)I do see a very very tiny separation between the tiles when I am doing Yoga (I haven't started the HIIT yet) so that makes me nervous to see what happens to these tile when I start HIIT. I am nervous about the possibility of deeper separations forming to the point I can't bring them together... but we will see. Like I said, I am just nervous about that. I will keep this updated if deeper separations occur.The next thing that REALLY made me nervous about this product was whether it would have the quality of memory foam. Nope! This is a sturdy foam that contours to your body but decompresses quickly. I love the way my body feels while laying on this mat. It's sturdy, cushy and I don't feel the hard floor beneath me!I believe the two things I dislike about this product is I am 6'2 and the 6 tile package is 6 feet and a few inches. Either my forehead or toes hang over. I need to buy two more but wasn't given the option...And I don't like the four corners of the assembled mat. You definitely need to tape them down or secure them better. They're slightly floppyIf I had to refer someone to purchase a exercise mat, I would send them here!

Nice quality and I was able to order 100 sq feet for my 10 foot round pool. Provides good ground protection to vinyl pool. Would recommend.

UPDATE: 8 months in - these are still working very well. Ordering another set.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I just got these in and really like them. I wish I'd purchased them months ago as they are a huge improvement to my home workout setup.Key points:* look great - I have them in gray and they look good even in my bedroom* the brand (velotas/wesellmats) seems to be diligent about making sure their suppliers use non-toxic chemicals, including making multiple site visits every year. Note that they informed me there is no formamide used in these mats* they are stable enough to have my bench + dumbells on top of* minimal odor upon unwrapping. I left them outside for an afternoon just to off-gas the little smell there was and now I do not detect any smell* super easy to set upOverall I'm very happy with the purchase.

I got it in 3 kind 2 same and I have the diamond plate for the floor. I suggest you get the foam construction adhesive for the foam and I just don't like the floor it's spongy and I don't think it will last more than one year the interlock is not bad but I don't recommend it to use for the floor it's spongy at the interlock and I have it done and I have foam construction adhesive laid down to hold it tight..

Easy to put together, easy to clean, easy to store. Saved our knees on the wood floor!!!

I’m using this under my stationary bike on hardwood floors and the bike wobbles a lot. We had to put spare flooring under the legs of the bike to prevent the wobble - a bit of an eyesore. The seams come apart easily and the indentations don’t repair as they should.
