Good Buy
I put it on a stainless steel refrigerator door. Didn't have any problems attaching it and it's the perfect size for a side-by-side. I also ordered the chalk bundle and eraser from Melissa & Doug. Since the chalkboard is plain, I drew a colorful border around the edge to dress it up. I highly recommend the product.

Pleasantly Surprised!
I was a little apprehensive when purchasing this because of some mixed reviews, but I'm very happy. I was worried that since it was so inexpensive that it'd have trouble sticking to the wall or would not take chalk well, but I've stuck it to my wall and actually even peeled it off to move it and it's stayed down perfectly. Chalk writes fine on it as well, so I'd highly recommend!

Not good for chalk
This would be great for using chalkboard markers but unfortunately this is not good for actual chalk. Tried writing on it several times and you can hardly see the chalk, there’s like a waxy feel to this decal. It does not feel like it is supposed to be a chalkboard

Best way to keep current shopping list
We love!!! We put on cabinet door and add to our list as needed. We take a picture with phone and no longer have to carry notepad or index cards. Super easy.

flimsy
I thought it would be thicker. The material was so thin it made it difficult to apply to a refrigerator door. I tried several times to get it smooth against the surface. I would not buy this again.

Write easily, clean easily with water. No need for chemicals - except the ones in the markers.

unfortunately is wrinkled when arrives so appears to have cracks in it.
