It is delicious and very easy to use. When my soup is still hot, I just add a small amount of the seaweed to the bowl, and it turns into a nice chicken soup with seaweed. It only takes about 1 to 2 minutes for it to rehydrate. I only use a small amount, maybe about a teaspoon for a small bowl of soup, and it expands nicely.
