Best ayurvedic tablet for constipation
Now days I am not going outside for office work, hence I have taken 2 tablets in the morning in empty stomach with water. Got the best result to clear system easily. Who is busy with their work in the office they should take this tablet at the night time after dinner to get stomach clear in the morning.

Good ayurvedic solution for chronic constioation. The Only negative is tablets are smaller size. Had it been 500g Or 650gram, then it would have been greater effect on stomach problems.

Didn't work that great for me. Had used 2 tablets but rhat not equal to 1 tablet of kayam choorna or nityam tablet
