Very nice. Works well, has an easy to read digital screen, and the clamp to hold it in place holds it securely. Also comes with an easy to follow quick start up guide that was super helpful. Holds temperature very well. All in all very nice quaility, and it even looks nice. This doesn't come with a vacuum sealer or cooking container so if you don't already have those items you'll need to do be able to get up and running. This is a totally different way of cooking than we're used to, but so far so good and liking it a lot.
