I love Herstyler. It’s been the only flat iron I’ve used for years. I bought this one and I absolutely hate it. It does not get hot enough for me. The description says you can adjust the heat but that is a lie.

The media could not be loaded. I confess, I fell for the beautiful white marble color in this flat iron. When I received it I was kind of nervous about the operating mechanism. This tool does not have an adjustable temperature control, it goes straight to 450 F. Kind of crazy for me, that I never go higher than 390F.... Apparently, according to the seller, there's a built-in "Smart heating mechanism" that makes it unnecessary for this tool to have "temperature control". No idea what this system is, there's zero details about it on the website,not one sentence about it on the instructions manual. Furthermore, there is not an LED screen, the red light doesn't blink while it is heating..."pretty scary", I thought. But then, I used it for the first time and I realized this one is, in fact, one of the best quality irons I have had. It actually heats up super fast, it does not burn my hair, it causes no smell, no smoke. In my first try, I only did one pass per section and hair came out pin straight. Note: I always style my hair immediately after blow drying it. This iron is lightweight, it is easy to handle. The ceramic plates are so smooth, and even better, these are extra long (5 inch). This makes the styling process go faster for me, because I can style larger sections of hair every time (for such long plates, I normally split my hair into 3 to 4 inches long/ linear sections). Also, these floating plates are very gentle and do not pull my hair at all, they add lots of shine, too.For storage and travel, it does not come with a bag, but there's a hinge lock to close it and it works with dual voltage.In summary, I am very pleased with the performance of this product, and considering the current price and its quality, I'd say this one is a great value. Might not be for people with thin hair, otherwise, I recommend it.

The design on this is a nice touch, everything feels quality. The heating is good and plenty of space, it's easy to use with a simple on and off. No complaints from me.
