I had a stiff neck and couldn’t find my heating pad. This one did the job perfectly. It heats up in the microwave and easily soothes the affected area. It is light weight and comfortable.

I just ordered this item and used it for only 2 days. Unfortunately it nearly caught on fire in my microwave and burned a big hole in the product causing all of the beans inside to fall out and make a big mess. I started smelling smoke and burning after just 90 seconds of heating and immediately stopped the microwave to then open it up to pure smoke.The instructions say to heat for 60-90 seconds in the microwave. At 60 seconds, it doesn’t get hot enough. But 90 seconds is apparently enough to nearly start a fire? Also prior to this, it didn’t stay hot for longer than about a minute which means you need to constantly keep reheating it every few minutes.

Will work better when used on larger area Or limb that can be wrapped with it. No problems when heating, just Don't attempt to make it HOT!!!!! you want it WARM

I got this for my mom. She has a sore shoulder sometimes from where her pacemaker is . Especially when it's rainy. This is a wonderful way to soothe her shoulder.
