This is sold as a ‘collage kit’ which of course it could be used as, but there are so many more uses to which you could put this.Essentially this is a set of fifty 4x6 inch cards with a variety of images printed on them.The print appears to be really good quality, and the cardstock is thick and sturdy and not too shiny.There are various motifs included such as:A couple of variations on Tarot card themes/typesMushroom imagesBotanical images, foliage, fruitButterflies and insectsFrogs, snakes, lizards, turtlesA skullYou could use these as artwork as the listing shows by displaying them on the wall, or clipped to a string, or you could use them in craft projects.Sad as I will be to ‘use them up’, I’ll be using them for this purpose as they would make absolutely beautiful journalling cards in junk journals and my art journal and will add a richness and a slightly ‘creepy botanical’ aspect to some of my journal spreads.I will say, that when I first opened the packet I was very disappointed as I thought I had been sent the wrong ones. They were all blue themed and modern/architechtural. Then I turned them over to see the correct ones. I had no idea that they would be double sided - the listing certainly doesn’t say.On one hand, this is good as it’s essentially a two for one, however I was hoping, as mentioned, to use these as journalling cards and postcards, so would have prefered that they be blank on the back. By the by, I can easily glue plain or coffee dyed paper onto the back to make writing space.In terms of the images, I love these, and can’t wait to use them.

Les cartes sont d'une belle qualité. Elles sont double face, de l'autre coté il y a des images dans des motifs dans les tons blanc et bleu, dans un style bien plus modernes. Je trouve étrange qu'on n'en parle à aucun moment de l'annonce, mais disons qu'il vaut mieux en avoir "trop" que pas assez.Par contre, l'annonce parle bien d'autocollant double face pour pouvoir réaliser la composition, et ils sont introuvable dans mon kit. Un kit qui n'en a donc plus que le nom, c'est juste un lot de cartes en réalité.

Me gusta trabajar y decorar con papel en casa, y aunque no soy muy devoto del "scrapbooking" (lo que viene a ser el álbum de recortes de toda la vida), los materiales que se usan en él pueden ser adecuados para hacer muchas otras cosas. Este conjunto de láminas de Dazzlewall son perfectos para un proyecto que tengo entre manos, para convertir una estantería del comedor en una especie de "kunstkammer", o colección de objetos curiosos, lo que fue la prehistoria de los museos. Dado que la mayor parte de ilustraciones son de historia natural, son muy adecuadas para mi propósito, y lo único que lamento es que no sean un poco mas grandes, porque el tamaño de 10 x 15 centímetros queda un poco pequeño para los portafotos que tengo preparados. Lo que si me ha llamado la atención es que las láminas son todas de cartulina, con un buen grosor, y además, van impresas por los dos lados. Tenemos las ilustraciones de plantas, mariposas, insectos y demás que aparecen en portada, pero es que por el otro lado llevan una curiosa colección de fotografías todas en gama de azul, con lo que es muy fácil montar una decoración de dicho color. Muchas de estas imágenes son un tanto discutibles, y no tienen el encanto "vintage" de sus compañeras del otro lado, pero algunas son bastante curiosas, como la foto de la escultura de mano que incluyo. Quizá pueda utilizar las imágenes antiguas para mi idea, y con las sobrantes pueda hacer algo distinto, todo se andará. La caja contiene también una hoja con adhesivos redondos de doble cara: no son de una calidad óptima, pero bastarán para sujetar las láminas en una superficie lisa. Sea como sea, el primer paso para mi "kunstkammer" ya está dado.
