Poor responce from noise team
Worst product I have ever used. Within 2 months the display stopped working. I have used it only around 10 times since purchase. When I contacted customer care, it took 10 days just to start the process. They then asked me to pay Rs. 149 for a pickup for replacement. There was no proper response from the Noise team even after 20 emails. For non-literature persons it becomes even more difficult to convey the issue and follow up. Doing all this back and forth is a complete waste of time. Very poor product quality and worst customer support experience.

Watch looks stylish and sophisticated. It took 15 days for me to receive this watch. When it came I was really excited but my excitement was short lived. Within 2 weeks of me using the watch the watch started acting up. Sometimes the steps donโt get recorded. Sometimes the steps get recorded till half of the day then the steps suddenly show was zero. Everytime I use the watch it shows the pairing option again, start, quick settings as If Iโm using the watch for the first time. None of the settings on the watch screen work when I tap it. Watch face keeps changing back to default one by itself. Do not recommend buying this watch. Disappointing.
