I’d wanted to get a good pillow for ages but took that many months reviewing lots of different ones that I never got round to buying one. My husband ended up treating himself to a new pillow with pretty good reviews and it was comfy so this motivated me to get myself a new one…..finally!I actually bought 2 different ones, good reviews for both but the difference between them is incomparable. This one is a whole different level so the other one was returned.I often get neck pain and have sciatica, and have trouble sleeping in general (mind in overdrive) but wasn’t convinced how a pillow could really help.Upon opening the pillow, it expanded within 30 seconds to its expected size. Another review said they needed to wait 24 hours but I honestly think they got a different pillow (or a weirdly dodgy one).When I first lay my head on it, it did feel strange as it was so firm and the height was not something I was used to but it was oddly satisfying and so relaxing. My neck felt like it was in the position it was meant to be in, something I’ve never felt with another pillow.I’m usually a side sleeper but it’s so comfy for back sleeping too. I’ve slept better since having it and it’ll be travelling with me for any nights of weekends away. I haven’t had a sore neck since using it but it has only been 2 weeks. Since then, my husband has discarded his new pillow and got himself the same as mine. My mum has tried out lying on my pillow too and has ordered one as well even though she has another pillow that was relatively expensive.I’ delighted with my purchase and would highly recommend this pillow.

If, like me, you're a sensitive sleeper then you will know how important it is to ensure your pillow compliments your mattress.This is one of my favourite go to pillows for every night use. As someone who is sensitive to comfort levels, this pillow provide the right type of firmness. You actually have 4 operational uses based on how you feel.First, you have the big contour curve (as shown in the picture), perfect for wanting to rest your neck on a higher curve to give a perfect night's sleep. I usually use this end of the pillow, every night.Second one, there may times where you may not want your neck resting higher and so you will flip it 180 degrees and use the end with the smaller curve. As my mattress is also medium-firm, the pillow works well to align my neck to the rest of my body- limiting strain.The third and forth are the same options, but with the pillow actually turned over so that the the flat side is facing up, and both the curves are facing down on your mattress. You may be surprised, but this gives an illusion of using a standard flat sized pillow, and because it is foam the curves on the mattress end actually push down against it. There is no play, and gives a real good alternative to switching your preferences as you desire.Ultimately you have a lot of flexibility here, and if you like your comfort level medium-firm, then this will be best for you to try. I have introduced this to many people and they all have had great experiences here. For me, I usually have to purchase one pillow around 13 months just because of my usage and sensitivity level (yes, I would feel a pea even when stacked over 20 mattresses).As mentioend, my experience works well on a memory foam mattress of medium-firm comfort. Therefore, I strongly suggest that you have an equally complimenting mattress to fully value the pillow. Otherwise, on a lower comfort mattress, as your body sinks into mattress and moulds itself there, the pillow will not help as your body is naturally stretching more than necessary vs the pillow - thus creating neck strain.Additionally, in my experience, I can also put one arm under the pillow and still have a restful night's sleep without discomfort. This will be subjective to your own comfort level of course. You may find it better to rest one of your cheeks on a lower corner of the pillow - I do this sometimes.Happy sleeping 😀

Overall a good pillow. Breathable material. Firm. And has two different heights depending on how high you want your neck to sit.However for me it didn’t help my neck pain but I am sticking with it to try.

I would recommend this pillow. Has helped my neck pain and have had much better sleep since used this pillow last 3 nights. I personally find higher up end more comfortable to sleep on and is lovely and soft

Its Okay. I'm not convinced the pillow is fully memory foam and I think that is reflected in the price. My prevoius memory foam pillow really did mold to your neck, was a lot heavier and really left an imprint when you pressed into it. There is no memory in this foam. It is quite lightweight and simply springs right back. It is comfortable enough but i wish I would have paid more and got the real thing. Not bad though

At last a pillow that doesn't leave me with a stiff, painful neck every morning. A great buy.
