Its not to bad . I bought it for my husband for when he goes fishing and is planning on sleeping the night . My husband is a big boy 140kg with back problems. Not the right thing he needs but he said it was not the worst thing. If your a big boy/girl get something abit more thicker

Schön dick und bequem
Die Matte hat ein relativ großes Packmaß, also nur bedingt für Wanderungen und Co. geeignet.Die Isomatte macht einen sehr guten und hochwertigen Eindruck.Selbstaufblasend ist bei der Matte nichts, das ist auf jeden Fall falsch vom Verkäufer angegeben! Aber die Matte hat eine eingebaute Fuß Pumpe, welche auch sehr gut funktioniert, nach 3-5 Minuten ist die Matte schön prall aufgeblasen. Die Liegefläche ist schön groß, ich habe mit meinen 1,67m und 80Kg mehr als genug platz, aber auch wer etwas länger ist sollte problemlos Platz finden. Die Matte ist schön dick und auch formstabil, selbst bei punktueller Belastung z.B. durch drauf knien drückt man nicht auf den Boden durch.Insgesamt Ich bin zufrieden, für den Preis bekommt man hier eine Sehr gute Isomatte die ich mir wieder bestellen würde! Klare Kaufempfehlung von mir..

Good for car camping or in the house
Keeping it short and sweet, this mat is very comfortable and long enough for me at 6'3. Id definitiely have no issues sleeping on it but it does pack up very large. About the size of a 3 season sleeping bag. Therefore I would not recommend it for backpacking or hiking but certainly would be good to keep in the car or for guests staying over. Liked the green colour as well. Very nice

Gute Luftmatratze
Da ich öfter mit meinen Kinderturngruppen unterwegs bin und man dort dann meist in Schulen untergebracht wird, ist für mich eine Luftmatratze unabdingbarDiese ist wirklich leicht und trotzdem sehr bequem.Wie Sie nach öfteren Einsätzen ist, kann ich leider noch nicht genau sagen
