This book… If I could give it more stars I would. I finished this book in 3 hours, I could not put it down for the life of me. When I first started it, I didn’t realize the journey it would take me on. I relate to Astra in ways and seeing, feeling what she went through and how journey she takes to finally open herself to Noah Praigale did something to my heart that I can’t even put into words. This book was a whole new experience for me, and honestly I would have to say that this was in fact my favorite book. It’s well written and the characters are so relatable. This book is raw and unleashed feelings from inside of me that I didn’t expect to unleash.Thank you for writing this book. I’m definitely going to read it again.

As I am sure most of us who love Mar’s books know, this book was very anticipated.What I didn’t know, was that I was going to spend the first day into 2024 relating to a character so whole heartedly. After reading this book I was left speechless. I related to Astra’s struggles and her inner most vulnerable thoughts.Some books that include anything DV related talk about the raw, emotional journey the victim goes through when navigating a new relationship after the fact. This book, the journey we just went on.. wow.Mar… once again you captured everything I’ve felt in these moments in my own life and words I didn’t know I needed.. I got to read through your vision and your mind.The way you created these (amazing isn’t a good enough word) characters, the gut wrenching journey we went on with them and put your heart and soul into them is crazy.Thank you for once again being you!So proud of you!I could not recommend this book enough!We are so lucky and fortunate to get a glimpse into Mar’s spectacular mind.

Wow! No exaggerating I think that was the best and saddest most gut wrenching book I’ve read in a long time

This book is so beautiful written. It made me feel more seen and understood than any person I know. I've found comfort in the characters and read quotes that I will keep in my mind and heart forever.This book gave me hope in a time and place where it was hard to find and I am so thankful for that.

I really enjoyed reading this book
