Not great for stopping vaping
Bought it thinking it would help me to quit vaping, but there’s no resistance In the breathing at all, it’s like a hollow metal straw, don’t bother if you want to stop vaping

Makes a very annoying whistle.
The quality of the product is great, however when exhaling through the necklace there is a very annoying whistle sound that makes you want to stop using it!
