VionicWomen's Wedge Heel Sereno Shoes with Arch Support Wide Fit

This is a very pretty shoe in tan, however, I ordered the size all my other Vionics are: 8W. This shoe was at least 2-3 sizes too big - it was comically large. I checked the size stamped in the shoe and it said 8W. I likely won't reorder because it's a crapshoot to know how many sizes down to go. Plus, I believe the toe box is too short height-wise to be comfortable to me even if they fit.

I was looking for some dressy shoes to take when we travel abroad that wouldn't be too heavy, but would also provide some arch support. These arrived and were very cute, but I ordered a half size up based on other reviews and found that they were too big. Returning these and ordering my "true size".

The shoes did not fit me correctly. They were too big for my feet. Additionally, the right shoe had slight scruff marks and the sole looked as if it had been wiped clean. . I had to return them immediately. I like Vionic shoes and sandals. These shoes look pretty in the picture but on me they look bulky.

The shoes are super shallow. The size 10 (which is what I wear) was way too big. The 9.5 fit but fell off too easily. The 9 was too small.They literally just fell off my heels with each step. I had such high hopes.
