Great for hydration
I think this is one of the most natural ingredients hydration out there, it’s perfect for summer and it’s perfect when the kids are sick to keep them hydrated! You can even freeze them and make popsicles out of it! It’s a bit pricey but worth it!

Saltier than expected
Giving it four stars only because my toddler did not like the flavor. It is very salty, but it is an electrolyte mix salt helps hydrate but comes in a larger packet which is nice!

If you like fruit snacks, this is for you
15/10 would buy again. Got the mixed berry flavor. I know this is made for kids, but I believe in tasting stuff you’re gonna make your kids try, so I was the first guinea pig. After trying other brands that were VERY salt forward, im pleasantly surprised at the flavor. It says to mix with 8-12oz of water, but I’ve learned I prefer my powder mixes watered down so I went with 16oz of water and I swear it tastes like a liquified Motts fruit snack. It dissolved really well after just a slight swirl. Delightful. I’m sure my kids are going to voluntarily drink this instead of begging them to hydrate!! I’ve already repurchased and gotten other flavors to try
