The 2" larger hole should be 3" deep into solid wood (excluding bark). *Minimum Recommended Tree Diameter ~10" TAB Install Step 2 Clean out sawdust by blowing through a piece of tubing or using compressed air. Verify that your 2” hole is a full 3” deep into hardwood (excluding bark). TAB Install Step 3 Screw in the TF TAB until the boss is seated. Allowing for Tree Movement Important Note When building a treehouse that involves more than one tree, you must allow for independent tree movement and must never fix the trees together with beams or structural components.
