There is a logo on the right lens that blocks peripheral vision. It is not a sticker. How can this be removed?

There's a logo on the temple piece near the hinge... Saying the temple is blocking your peripheral vision is like saying your seat belt is too restrictive because you can't stand up.

Would these cause loss of accuracy when shooting indoors?

I haven't had any problems and many at the indoor range I use wear the same color. They are great outside but sometimes I use a tinted version in the Florida sun.

Are these good for indoor ranges? Why do they have a yellow coating

Yes. The yellow coating is for low light settings, so these would work well in an indoor range.
