The media could not be loaded. I've built a few wooden kits over the years but none of them compare to this one. I'm blown away by the detail, the quality of the laser cutting, the fine details in the coloring of parts, and yes, the assembly instructions. Kudos to the designer(s) of this kit, it's a job very well done, and at a reasonable price! I loved putting it together and found I wanted to pace myself to savor the process. I even 3d printed a couple of pulleys and used some fine jewelry chain to make the steering work... I cannot wait to see what they come up with next...

Having built several of these wooden kits, I wanted to try something other than a marble run. This kit is nothing like what I was used to. Lots of the parts fit very loose and need some love from Elmers glue, other parts fit so tight that sanding is needed. There are bags and bags of very tiny screws that aren't labeled very well, so it's a chore to figure out what goes where. A screwdriver and tweezers are included, the screwdriver being magnetic works fairly well, however the tweezers, which at first glance look like a quality item, in reality are a very flimsy plastic and are better off trashed. Due to all the small and easily lost parts, working in a large tray would be advised. I've spent more time crawling around the floor looking for pieces that were launched into space by the aforementioned tweezers than I can count. The instructions are very confusing and many times I've had to deconstruct my assembly to get the parts fit right. If your good at making up a plan "B" as you go, this kit won't disappoint, and it does make for an unusual subject to display.

This is a really amazing piece of artwork. I gave it 4 stars on assembly because it is not for a beginner. I got this for my husband's Bday, and him being an architectural engineer it is easy for him, but for someone just starting out, it would be better to start with an easier project. The detail on this piece is amazing, and adds to the overall appearance. He has not had any major problems with the fit, and if so, it only needs a bit of careful sanding. All parts were carefully packaged, and just a heads up, when you are removing the wooden pieces, to go gently, and slowly.

I like it it challenging to put together but fun everything worked great all the parts moved freely. I enjoy putting it together.

The overall build was challenging as it should be, however the black painted boards left a lot to be desired. It was extremely difficult for me to read the part numbers, the red boards and the plain boards were not difficult to read. I attempted to speak with someone at the company but they didn’t quite understand the difficulty

This 3D wooden puzzles of a stem locomotive is awesome. To me it is more of a model than a puzzle. The parts are all precision cut with a laser. They fit perfectly into place. No glue required. Comes with all tools needed. The instruction are very clear and easy to read. It was not only a fun build. It looks awesome.
