Very Interresting product
I have only been using this for about 4 days now. I notice when I by it that my focus becomes much more pointed (Not sure how to describe this effect) or narrowed. I am not ADD or ADHD, but I am a student and 42 years old. Balancing work, study and a family life can be pretty demanding. I thought I would give this extract a try out to see if this made any effect for my study time. Well.. it most definitely did for me. There are 2 supplements that I have found proven to help me with my energy and focus, and those 2 are a vitamin B complex supplement and this ashwagandha supplement. Most other energy drinks/ supplements gives me an energy buzzing effect that is alot like a sugar rush with a crash. These 2 supplements gives me a natural energy with having a great focus. I guess combine the idea of a time when you were younger with that natural energy with the ability to ficus like an adult. That is the best I can describe this products effect on myself. I hope that this will give you the same effects as it did for me.

NOT SURE YET
Well so far I’ve only taken two so I really don’t have a enough information. All I can tell you is the first time I took one was about 11 o’clock in the morning and I could not keep my eyes open. I was worthless the rest of the day. So I took none the next day and then I took one about 8 o’clock in the evening and it literally knocked me out. I slept like a rock. Obviously I will not be able to take these during the day. I am still sleepy from taking it the night before and I only took one, I can’t imagine what it would be like to take two of these . Hopefully they will have some kind of positive affect on me if I can just stay awake. I will take them for a while and then update this review.Can not take them. Did not like the way they make me feel. I might be able to take one every other day. Not sure if that would be of any benefit to me. Live and learn. Stuck with 2 bottles. Started with a positive attitude that I would be able to take them. I should have known better. I am a light weight.

This product works! I take it and my son takes it (he opens the capsule and pours the powder into a hot tea). I feel less aching and way more relaxed.
