It is a pleasure to sit on!
The Hbada E3 is one of the best office chairs I have used. Having experienced a variety of office chairs, including some high-end, expensive models, this chair stands out as one of the most impressive. It offers numerous adjustments to customize your sitting position for maximum comfort, and the added leg rest is an excellent feature that exceeded my expectations. However, the leg rest's build quality could be improved, as it feels less robust and would benefit from a redesign to enhance its durability. Overall, this chair provides exceptional comfort for extended hours of desk work and maintains a high standard of quality. The only notable downside is the assembly process, which requires two people to put together. Despite this, it has been an excellent purchase and one I would recommend. Pros: - High quality chair - Comfortable to sit in for long hours at a time - Numerous adjustments to make it personal for the user to sit on Cons: - Needs two people to build this chair effectively - Leg rest could be more robust - Armrest this could be adjusted back further to make it more comfortable

Do NOT Buy This Overpriced Chair they charge $100 to return
I was so excited to get this Hbada E3 Pro ergonomic office chair for $450, thinking it would be a solid upgrade with all the "premium" features like adjustable lumbar support, leg rest, and sturdy build. What a massive disappointment. This chair is nowhere near worth the price and feels like cheap junk that barely lasted a single afternoon. First off, the armrests were a nightmare to assemble. The screws refused to go all the way in no matter how much I tightened them – already a bad sign. The lumbar support is completely useless. It doesn't lock into place at all, so it just flops around and provides zero actual support. I kept fiddling with it, hoping it would click or hold, but nope – total failure. After just two hours of use (and I only weigh 160 lbs), the hydraulic lift completely gave out. The chair won't stay up and slowly sinks no matter what. For a chair advertised as high-quality, this is pathetic. The leg rest? Flimsy at best. It feels like it could snap under minimal weight. All the bells and whistles that supposedly justify the $450 price tag simply do not work. Save your money – this is not a premium ergonomic chair. It's poorly made, frustrating, and unreliable. Very disappointed. Look elsewhere! Also they charge you almost $100 for return shipping and a refund. Save your $$$$ If the company reaches out I will edit or delete this post!

Great chair
Been using this chair for few months now, and I'm not sure if I love it. Lumbar support definitely needs improvement, right now I have it tied back with zip tie as it gets out of adjustment and makes it uncomfortable. Otherwise chair is great, I can work on it 8 hours straight, doesn't get hot, and is very comfortable. Fantastic for sitting straight and working, but not great as relaxing chair. Also to be fair I tried many other chairs as stores and nothing out there compares to work comfort of this.

Severely in love
I’m not gonna lie the reviews and Reddit had me TERRIFIED to buy this. But I really wanted to upgrade my bucket style gaming chair with an ergonomic option without compromising on the aesthetics. What prompted wants the change was that I kept getting severe neck and back pain and I work from home so I’m on a chair all day. In comes this beauty of a chair because omg is she pretty! In person? Even better! But what mattered were the ergonomics…EVERY SINGLE THING they advertised worked perfectly. The back easily adjusts for your specific height, the lumbar has 4 settings to adjust to your specific preference (I specify that it’s 4 settings because this might be what’s confusing people…you have to hear the “click” to know it’s in a position where it will stay). The neck adjusts like a dream too. Like to sit cross cross? Not a problem just adjust the actual seat a bit forward and get cozy (I’m 5’4, 140lbs for reference). I personally didn’t find the arms too high at all and they adjust in many ways…I just wish the pink version had the same arms as the white one but no biggie. To recline? Oh many it’s genuinely so comfy and this is coming from someone who was scared to make the switch to a mesh chair bc I have sensitive skin. The chair is well made, it’s sturdy, it’s pretty and my back and neck have been feeling a whole lote better. I’m not paid at all I swear…if anything I honestly used to work for a competitor but I felt compelled to write this because I’m genuinely shocked at how crazy some of the reviews are online when it’s such a well made and comfortable chair. Oh and I almost forgot the foot rest!!! Super super sturdy and nicely cushions with a really smooth feeling leather PU. This has genuinely just been one of my fav purchases!

Decent chair, but over priced.
The Hbada E3 Pro is a good chair, but overpriced. Quality control is a concern. I had at least five different screws missing plus the allen wrench. Upon further inspection two chair pieces had hairline cracks which I could only see because the sunlight hit the chair at just the right angle when I was putting it together. There is a strong possiblity I received a return item - there was double-tape on the outside of the box and on many of the packaged parts. The chair was comfortable, but due to the plastic materials in the arms the chair does "wobble" more than it should. I would not push myself up or out using the armrests because they feel flimsy. Regarding the armrests - listen to the previous reviews. They are high and do not move enough to be able to push the chair in. The foot rest bar is also made out of plastic and wobbles - a lot. Lumbar and head support are good. The base is solid. The chair controls need refinement to work more smoothly. You can feel the plastic material used in the blend of the mesh which may cause issue with those who have sensitive skin and allergies. English instructions - both the booklet and the assembly video subtitles - need corrections because they are both incorrect on what screws to use where. You have to see which screws the guy points to in the video to get the right ones. Overall a decent chair, but should be more in the $200-$225 range for the materials used and the lax quality control. Returning. UPDATE: The seller did reach out to make certain I received a refund which I really appreciated.

Decent, no regrets.
In the world of nice office chairs, this one is pretty good. Have had the unit for many months and it is holding. Great for comfort for those with a work from home career. Has developed a little bit a noise, but I'm sure giving it a spot of W-40 would solve it for a while. One annoyance is that I have to periodically (one every two weeks) tighten the lower, back bolt. Chair develops a bit of slop, slowly over time. Not a deal breaker but worth mentioning. For the price I was hoping for a bit more rigidity but I don't regret the purchase. The leg rest is nice, if your a gentle person. I'd be careful if you're rough with items.

Cylinder sinks after 6 months (got full refund)
Update: Hbada provided me with a FULL REFUND. I decided to leave my original review below: Being used to high end office chairs in my line of work, I don't really think this chair outstands even the cheapest herman miller, nor does it comes close to it. Perhaps it is not suppose to, but at this price, and after all the hype, I expected it to get close. A little bit more about the most advertised features of this chair: The 6D adjustable armrests feature is *useless*. I have never tilted it upwards I can't imagine who will and for what reason, even though their website present a preson using it. It is super uncomfortable. The armrests won't go low enough, so they force me to use a higher desk than I'd want to. They also do not shift sideways enough, meaning that at maximum shifting distance outwards, my elbows always meets the armrests, which is an issue if, for example, I want to turn to the piano keyboard and play something. It just gets stuck in the way. So all in all I was not very impressed with this chair (again, considering its price), and would probably have given it 2-3 stars review. But the reason I decided to give it only 1 star is that exactly 6 months after I bought it the gas cylinder broke so every time I sit on it, on maximum height, it sinks a little bit, and floats back up when I get off of it. I weigh 220 pounds and the chair is advertised as up to 300 pounds. When emaling their product support, I asked them if I am entitled to a replcement cylinder, since this is a factory defect, or that this should be expected to happen after half a year of usage. They didn't reply, so I've waited couple more days and wrote this review.

Terrible Customer Support From HBADA for such and expensive item
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE GREAT CHAIR BUT TWO VERY BAD ASPECTS ( Adjustment and Armrests) The chair is great, but man something recently with them regarding shipping is wrong. I bought one from here (Amazon) and another on their website (hbada.com). DO NOT buy from them directly. It has been a month and half with no shipment or details. Two weeks after I paid they never reached out to explain the delay and take a week to reply to any emails I send to the support asking about it. They will send you the same copy pasted “sorry about the delay want 15$ off of this 500$+ purchase and we will maybe ship it out in another month.” They have delayed twice now but I only find out by asking them, they will never tell you. Not just me btw, look up HBADA shipping Reddit and you’ll find people saying the exact same thing. Also they have a shipping policy of 3-9 days that they truly do not care about. I am appalled at how little they care or realize most people buying direct have no where to put them on blast for how they truly are since you can’t leave a review on their website, so instead here is a REAL review on their Amazon storefront page. I like my chair it’s very comfortable but now I’m wishing I gave my money to a better company that truly cares about their image, also I really hope nothing breaks for this since I KNOW their customer service is terrible and you really can’t expect any help from them. If you don’t care to get help or anything else than the chair from this company then it’s a good buy I would say while on sale, but let’s be honest, at this price tag there really should be much better support than what they have. I would honestly rather pay a little more and get an actual support warranty and all the bells and whistles that come from the competitors at this price range. As for ONLY chair review wise, everything is good about it except for the adjustment and armrests. These two are HORRIBLE but not a deal breaker. Adjusting the chair is annoying but once you have it set honestly just dont touch it (until it inevitably clicks out of where you have it set). The armrest on the other hand are very table dependent but I have found that they just aren’t really that good given the comfort and adjustment. They sit very high up so if you have a lower table your arms will dig into the edge of the armrest which honestly could do with better padding. The legrest is really nice, chair bottom is floaty and it has good ergonomics. The normal lumbar/back support is good but the two side portions kinda don’t really do anything. I really don’t expect to hear anything from the support but will try to remember to update this review once I receive the other order. The one from Amazon directly came fast and it is good, this is mostly when buying direct from them HBADA. ORDERED on 7/8-14 (I do not want them to know my order # given the exact date but will edit once received.) Have yet to receive order, reached out to support 3 times and both have said about the same but change the “EXPECTED” shipping date lol, not even delivery date.

Almost perfect.
Armrests don't go back far enough to have my arms in a resting position.

Its fair, kinda floppy, ergonomic, and looks good.
Comfortable. Mesh keeps you cool. Lots of ways to customize seating position. Head rest is floppy. I dont know if its by design or defective.
