My physical therapist recommended this massage tool to me to break up scar tissue on my ankle. It works well. It is light and ergonomic in my hand. My wife is also able to use it on my ankle. The blade has a soft and a "sharp" edge to massage the scar tissue. It seems to be working as scar tissue seems smaller. This is a very useful tool to help resolve my ankle problems, especially given the low price. A great buy.

As I have small hands, this tool isn’t too big and heavy. It’s smooth and works well. I like use it often in my myofascial release work. I liked the pouch it came in also.
