I wonder if quality control couldn't do with a bit of tweaking.
I was happy that these arrived earlier than anticipated. The figures themselves are marginally disappointing with details not entirely clearly delineated, and some flashing needing removed. One figure was incomplete, its sabre having broken off at some point leaving the figure brandishing the hilt. The errant blade was not in the box, and I have yet to decide how to proceed with this; to repair or to dispose of it. Apart from the figures the box is empty. Recognising that these figures are probably intended for those with some expertise and knowledge of this period, whilst I am a neophyte, it would have been nice to have been offered a suggested paint scheme. The box illustration is hardly adequate. Fortunately many illustrations are available on the internet to which I may turn.
