Hold the SWITCH button for about 3 seconds to switch the position of time and step.

Why does the watch pedometer start counting steps from the 10th second?

Pedometer will only start counting when there is continuous exercise for more than 10 seconds, which helps filter out invalid steps and prevent non-walking movements from being detected as steps, making the step count more accurate.

What are the reasons that may cause the step counter to count inaccurately?

1. Use a walker; 2. Push a shopping cart/stroller; 3. Riding a bicycle. For the most accurate step count, wear the watch with the face up and fasten the strap tightly. If the strap is loose, accurate measurement data cannot be obtained.

Why is my pedometer watch not showing numbers?

To save power, the watch will be defaulted to SHIP mode. Please press and hold S1 & S3 together for 2 seconds to activate the watch.
