I'm skeptical that these insoles have any memory foam content. They do feel somewhat more cushiony than the firmer poly foam inserts but they don't feel nearly as soft as what I'm accustomed to memory foam feeling like, say in a pair of Skechers.There is a decent amount of cushioning in the rear of the sole but these are pretty thin in the area of the ball of your foot and toes. I don't think these offer enough comfort or support in the arches to expressly mention. The textured foot surface is noticeable but I wouldn't call it massaging. These are fair insoles that you would expect to be included in a budget pair of unbranded trainers.The biggest advantage of these insoles is that they do provide additional comfort if you don't have a lot of room to spare inside your shoes without making them too tight. They are thin, compact and do offer some additional comfort if your old insoles are worn out or if you have shoes with no cushion at all. The price isn't awful if you're looking to upgrade without spending a lot, taking too much space in your shoe (especially the toe box) and don't need serious cushioning for maximum comfort.

I have to admit that when I first unpacked the insoles, I was a bit skeptical about how my would feel about the interestingly textured bottom. The surface reminds me of larg foamy bubbles.The size I ordered, M:US 6.5/7, W:US7/8 fits my size 6.5 boots perfectly - there was no need to trim to size and/or shape.My feet are feeling comfortable and well supported, but I wish there was more cushioning. To me, the insoles are on the firmer side, but this my personal perception, so I encourage everybody to try for themselves as our bodies and feet are different.Other than that, they are an excellent option to add extra layer of support to your shoes or boots. The insoles are very well made, affordable, and I have not detected any unpleasant or odd odor.

En cuanto a las plantillas parecen de una calidad mas que aceptable y cómodas, no obstante y a pesar de lo descrito son claramente para mujeres, o en su defecto para niños, ya que esos 25 cm equivalen a un numero 40 europeo, y además son para pies estrechos.

Perfect fit, didn’t need to cut, slid straight into my trainers, wore them for the first time today, being on my feet at work all day and being menopausal with aches and pains in my feet and legs thought I would give these a try, wow!!!!! What a great improvement they made, so comfy and my feet didn’t ache at all, the first thing I usually do when I get home from work is take of my trainers and put my slippers on, today I didn’t, I kept my trainers on because there are more comfy than my slippers, absolutely recommend to anyone thinking of buying these, do it, you wont regret it, I’m buying some more for my spare trainers then I don’t have to keep changing them, I’ll never be without these now!

A good pair of replacement insoles with excellent resilience from the memory foam. However, I compared them to the insoles within two pairs of shoes, a size 40 (brown insole photo) and 41 (grey insole photo) and were small in the smaller size so are really closer to a 39/40 dependent on toe shape. They fitted better in the size 41 training shoe (see photo) despite being slightly small. How long they will last is unknown and trust they are true memory foam and not simple poly foam, but the footbed seems well made with very good thickness and air holes for ventilation. At the price point they are good value and worth purchasing to replace your existing old or worn insoles. Recommended.
