When worn the part of this wrap that rounds the thumb does not exactly resemble the Seller's photo. The strap stays wide as it wraps from the thumb around the wrist. Around the wrist, this wrap works fine. I"m not a fan of the hook and loop as I've seen other support devices like this that, in time, get sloppy and won't hold together very well. Only time will tell if that will happen with this wrap.BUT - most of all, you need to know that the hole for the thumb is 1/2 inch wide. See photos. It cut off the circulation to my thumb - my thumb became red and a bit swollen. I was able to cut the hole open a bit and now it seems a bit better but my hands aren't large - there isn't much room to make the hole larger - so you may not be able to use my 'fix.'

I have been using this wrist support for a few days and have already noticed the difference. Easy to fit, washes well and good value for money. Recommended.
