I use this camera with a spare Android device and don’t have an issue with the Xlife app. The problem others have is this camera uses a wifi connection to the app (no internet available) so most devices switch to mobile data to stay online (disable mobile data when applicable). The app instructions were easy to follow and it needs to be connected each time to the X0 camera’s wifi, but the process goes smoothly and works well. I only use the camera and its integrated scraper, since the included cleaning tool kit seems better used by a second person. The battery life is decent, the first charge lasted ~30 minutes of testing and usage, while recharging took about the same time.

Device came barely charged with battery, it needed a charge before I could test it out of the box as it would turn on then die on me while trying to connect with the app.After charging, on iOS (iPhone SE 1st gen running iOS 15), get camera view, but the image quality is nowhere need the product listings, from their app, the camera view looks as if there was some kind of (saturation?) filter applied so it looks funny. Not so usable in that sense. I tapped the photo button but it didn't seem to save the photo, or at least didn't save it to the device common photo storage location. Tried on Android 14 with a Google Pixel6a and that failed to connect with app, it would get stuck at the wifi connection step since it has no "internet/network access" connecting to this device's wifi SSID, I think the Android OS does not let it proceed further - if I exit the app or navigate back, it just goes back to beginning of screen to do the setup all over again.Also, the product has no indicator what model the device is other than on the instructions pamphlet. Kind of lame and confusing, as you won't find it looking at the box or the device itself. The app requires you to pick the device model rather than some kind of auto-detection of model. The product listing page also doesn't mention model. And the instructions on product page differ from the actual manual a bit.App and device aside, it comes with accessories, and it's a bit much/more than I'm comfortable with, I think I'd stick with a simple manual non-tech ear cleaner instead.Overall interesting product and concept but failed at execution.

The box came open. The accessories were not inside. Had no cord to charge, no instructions, no blue tips.

The device arrived with minimal charge, needing immediate charging. On iOS, the camera view was distorted, and photo capture didn't work. On Android, connecting failed due to Wi-Fi issues. The product lacks clear model labeling, causing confusion, and the app requires manual model selection. The discrepancy between the product listing and manual adds to the confusion. While it comes with accessories, some may find it overwhelming and prefer simpler solutions. Overall, the concept is intriguing, but execution falls short.

Love it !! You can see the ear wax so good & it comes with different tools . It will take a while to learn how to move it around but it’s works!

I really wanted this ear cleaner to work because I need something like this in my life right now. I constantly use my headset and I know I have sweat buildup in my ears at the very least. This cleaner would have been a lifesaver for me. I tried to connect this to my phone via Bluetooth, but it would not register on my sync list after numerous times. Without the picture or video feed, this tool is useless. Although I gave it three stars for the idea it represented, I'm disappointed.
