Carkam :I recently purchased a car cam and have been very impressed with its performance. The video quality is excellent, even in low light conditions, and the wide-angle lens captures a clear view of the road ahead. The camera is easy to install and the adjustable mount allows for flexibility in positioning.One of the features that I really appreciate is the loop recording function .The G-sensor also detects any sudden movements or impacts and locks the footage.Overall, I highly recommend this car cam for anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality dash camera to capture their driving experiences. Very bad product i have received dash cam it was not working first time so I have replaced the item again received defeated and after 15 days also I have not received any refund im Very disappointed with amazon....

Working of camera is good. Night recording could be improved though. Bought 02 cameras.if u r buying for front and back of car be careful because back camera will show images in opposite direction (right to left) and no option on software to make image left to right. 01Camera stopped to recognize sd card within 8 months . Tried to reach customer care but process is too complex to send it for repair. Finally got a replacement free. Customer care experience could be made more simple. You have to install an application to register complaint. Product is good though and recordings are good.

It is usable for general recording and basic proof in case of an incident, but reliability and video clarity are not strong points at this price.Video quality and usabilityDaytime video quality is average: good enough to understand what happened on the road and use as supporting proof or for an insurance claim, but not consistently clear enough to read number plates of moving vehicles.Low-light and night performance is quite poor, with significant loss of detail, so you should not rely on it for clear night-time evidence.Storage and file reliabilityThe biggest drawback is that a noticeable portion of the recorded clips get corrupted even when using memory cards that match the recommended specifications. In a batch of around 750–760 clips, roughly 20–30 files may become unusable, which is a serious concern for a safety device.The camera sometimes interrupts recording and randomly asks to format the memory card while in use, which both affects continuous recording and increases the risk of losing important footage.App experienceThe mobile app experience is weak: it typically forces you to log in using mobile internet rather than working smoothly over local Wi‑Fi alone.During playback of recordings from the app, ongoing recording may stop, which again affects reliability in real-world use.Capacity and value for moneyA 128 GB card can cover roughly a full day of recording, which is convenient for daily commuting or long drives.For around ₹2,000, the product is acceptable if you only need a basic, low-cost dashcam and are not very particular about video clarity or 100% dependable recordings.Overall verdictThis dashcam is suitable as an entry-level option for users on a tight budget who just want some basic footage rather than high-quality or fully reliable evidence.However, the frequent file corruption, random format prompts, poor low‑light performance, and underwhelming app make it hard to recommend for anyone who prioritizes reliability and clear evidence in all conditions.

Value for money. Easy to fit. Clearity good, App connectivity smooth.

The Camera is easy to install, its video quality as an entry level Dashcam is good. These are the only positives. The camera has stopped rebooting on its own after a few months of usage. You have to manually reboot it each time after this issue has started. Have done a factory reset but the issue still persists. At times after reviewing the footage i have realized that the camera is not recording the footage. The C P Plus helpline is absolutely useless. They will want you to try out 100 tricks to get the camera functioning normally (which are ineffective). Then they say you'll have to carry the camera to their service center and before doing that you have to register on their portal. The Portal is not verifying the email ID and device. Each time i try to login it keeps saying verification is still in process. so my recommendation is ABSOLUTELY AVOID BUYING IT ! THEIR CUSTOMERCARE IS NOT HELPFUL. The Pioneer dashcam is a better buy in a similar price bracket !
