I have been using these for about a month and I love them. They are extremely sharp and great for cutting up meat, from large cuts to small cuts of meat. I wash them immediately after using them and keep them oiled with blade oil and hung on a magnetic strip on the wall. My only warning is BE CAREFUL because these things are very sharp. If you keep them cleaned and oiled I believe these will last me a very long time.

VERY SHARP.Lol they cut through the knife protectors, packing foam, and sturdy box lol. 10/10. Just be careful lifting them out the amazon package. :)
