High blood sugar
I use this 3X day to help prevent or lessen the muscle spasms & cramps I get because of high blood sugar if I have eaten too many carbs either per meal or so far in that day. I'm glad it exists, as it helps a lot!

Great for Excess Calcium in the Blood
I love this stuff because it is helping me with a problem I'm having until the doctors can figure out how to remedy the situation, but I'm upset that the price doubled.

My goals for this product are digestion and liver health, which artichoke can benefit. I didn’t notice any significant changes while using this product. Liver health takes time and digestion varies from day to day. I started taking one capsule before each meal (lunch, snack and dinner). I think it made me wake up to pee twice in the first 2-3 hours after going to bed, though I didn't notice increased frequency of urination during the day. So I dropped the dinner-time dose and slept better. They recommend 2 capsules per day with food, so maybe I was taking too much? Before using the product I was taking herbal bitters capsules before each meal to stimulate bile. I didn’t notice any obvious changes in my digestion with this Toniiq product, so it may be doing the same. I didn’t observe any obvious health changes while using this, but I’ve generally been doing well. Update: I’ve learned more about supplement additives, including magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide, both included in this product. These are found in many supplements, but have recently been linked to changes in immune cells, immune function and the liver. People like me who take a lot of supplements are more vulnerable, since we get a higher dose of the additives, which may bioaccumulate in the body. For this reason, I’m downgrading this review to 3 stars.
