Never had a better heating pad. It’s slightly weighted and hugs my shoulders perfectly.

Works really well, the heat settings are really nice and it gets very warm! I don't think I'd ever use it on high. I was nervous to buy cuz some comments say the vibration isn't very good that's incorrect. I don't know how much you guys want to be vibrated? Its insanely strong I use it on low high feels like a earth quake lol auto shut off works as described heating pad itself is perfect size for any area on body shoulder leg back thigh stomach etc and it's really soft and cozy highly recommend

WARNING: This heating pad may permanently raise your standards in life. I knew this heating pad was special the instant I took it out of the box and saw plush aqua loveliness. I plugged it in on the couch.. Rather than waiting for bedtime,,,and almost immediately fell ASLEEP ON MY COUCH with it wrapped around my neck and shoulders like a cape on a pampered queen at a spa. This isn’t a heating pad. This is an experience. The weight? Perfect. Like a warm hug from someone who knows exactly how to hold you. The fabric? Soft enough to make you question why you’ve tolerated scratchy things your whole life. The warmth? Immediately soothing — my nervous system dropped into bliss mode so fast I consideted ordereing a little gild bell to ring... I suddenly had the desire for peeled grapes in a personal valet... Forgetting I was single, and there would be no one to answer the bell l o l this heating pad made me feel like royalty. It deserves a warning label for husbands and partners: “WARNING TO SOs: Once received, you're gonna be expected to level up!" If you’re debating it — stop. Just get it. This is the Ritz Carlton of heating pads, and I am now ruined for anything less. So nice to get something, that's so unexpectedly, wonderful.( note, I tried one other that seemed pretty great until I put this one on) PS I BOUGHT ANOTHER EXTRA LARGE RECTANGULAR HEATING PAD TO GO ALONGSIDE THIS, WHICH I'M NOW RETURNING BECAUSE THIS ONE IS LONG ENOUGH TO BE LAID FLAT AND USED ON MY BACK.MY KNEE ET CETERA MULTI PURPOSE FOR SURE

I have absolutely loved this product. Ive only had it a few months though, and now, one of the massagers arent working right and keeps shutting off. The weighted portion is a nice addition as it keeps the pad from slipping of as easily. Id say I would recomend this, but I'm not happy that its not fully functional now within just a few months. I also would recommend a longer timer as its only 2hrs for heat and 30 mins for massage.

Okay I bought this because I was just going to use it after my hysterectomy surgery but I've also used it for my right shoulder which was dislocated in the ligaments were torn. I have you sit on both areas and I will say that in both areas it hasworked phenomenally! I do like that it has a little bit of weight to it, it provides just enough pressure. The size of the heating pad is also a plus because it will cover the area, it is also very soft and very comfortable to use. The timer for the massage goes on 30 minute intervals after 30 minutes it'll turn off and you know all you got to do is turn it back on. I do like how you have three levels of heat and so does my chihuahua when he's laying on top of me. Oh funny story about that I had it on my stomach I had it turned on with the heat in the massage going my puppy was laying on top of me and when the massage kicked off he turned his head and kind of looked at me as if you were to say can you turn that thing back on please. So my senior pup loves it too!

UPDATE: 02/08/25 Seller reached out to me and absolutely made thing right. This heating pad really is worth the price. I did return and just receive a replacement. I like this item for its size, weight and the vibration. The weight, heat and vibration is what I need for my health issues. It wraps completely around my gut and puts both vibrators on either side of my rib cage. The heat seems to get way too hot and you have to turn it off then back on if you’re using the lowest heat setting. Once you’ve done that, it feels more like a low setting. We will see how long this one lasts. But, so far it’s the only one that does heat, vibrate and weight that relieves my pain.

I’ve paid thru the nose for weighted heating pads with the massage feature ( different brands). For some reason either the massage quits or the heat quits before it’s not even 9 months old! . I’m so hoping that won’t be the case with this one. This heating pad is not only pretty but cost way less than the others I’ve bought. I like the controls better too. The last one ( different brand and seller) had separate buttons for heat and massage but there were 3 settings for each of three different levels of massage. I had to click thru 9 times just to turn the massage off! It’s not even a year old and the heating part quit! So I needed to buy this one. I’m very happy with it, so far. Update: I bought this 3 months ago and one of the massaging heads started screeching very loudly then just quit. This is the third one I’ve purchased a weighted heating and massage pad and wow am I disappointed. They only give a 30 day refund window. Good money for something that breaks within 3 months!!!!!

I really liked this heating pad at first, it’s soft, comfortable, and the weighted design feels great on my neck and shoulders. It heated up well and the vibration feature was a nice touch. Unfortunately, it only lasted about four months before it stopped working properly. I do use heating pads daily and for long periods, but I’ve had others last at least a year with the same amount of use. It’s a good product while it works, just not as durable as I hoped.
