I to feel mislead that it is a powder in a pouch and you have to add your liquid to it, so as far as calories go, make sure you add the caloric count of your liquid also. I had a hard time mixing this in the package despite several minutes of shaking and squishing. Ended up being better after i let it sit for a while and shook again. A lot of people are compairing it to Misagaru??? I assume is a breakfast in korea. The multigrain flavor tastes like cheerios. Oddly not horrible to be honest, considering it was the flavor I was most skeptical about.
