Product doesn't communicate with our system, and we have tried everything. I would like to return it, but I also understand that we are past the date of return. I would appreciate a new one shipped out that is compatible with Windows 10.

Money worth spending, great machine and very quick to use, still learning few other features, but over all it's great.
