IT WORKS!!
This stuff works!! I was ready to give up and read a review that said it took time, but worked. I took 2 tbls after evening meal. The taste is a very light citrus flavor, and pleasant! After a week I was ready to stop- when it started to work. Take the full 2 tbls. It's been working since! I tried everything and I'm thrilled with this product! Highly recommend.

Yo usaba el mugasin y después el psylum plantago, ambos me ayuaban bien. Quise cambiar a una alternativa sin azúcar y una nutrióloga me sugirió el HyFiber porque sus clientes le hacían comentarios muy favorables, tengo una semana usándolo y aún no puedo hacer lo mismo. La nutrióloga me recomendó usarlo un mes para poder evaluar su efectividad. Si es favorable, más adelante agregaré ese resultado.

Expensive but good
My toddler takes it daily in her milk bottle and doesn’t mind it. It helps keep her poops regular. Without it they get super wide and hard and cause tears, tearing, bleeding, and pain. So it’s worth it.
