I am rehabbing an antique tub that I plan to install in our home and it needed a new drain. The old drain is about 1/2 an inch big and would take forever to drain.Knowing that I ordered this replacement set so I could drill holes and install this instead.It was a breeze to drill through the galvanized metal (Yes, it's galvanized) and mount the new tub drain. It looks so good too!I'm looking forward to enjoying many baths with this drain. I love the pop-up feature for closing/opening the drain.Note: if you need a whole new overflow and drain, this kit doesn't include that as it's a replacement set. Just in case you read my review and think that I had everything I needed to install a new drain and overflow--I didn't, not just from this kit. This is not a failure of the kit at all--I wouldn't expect it to come with anything else beyond what it does.If you need a replacement bathtub drain and love this brass finish, you'll probably love it. I know I love mine!

We're renovating one of the bathrooms in our new house and using gold as an accent color. I've had to put this install on hold because the overflow cover is too small for our existing tub. That said, the quality of the materials is solid, and the gold look is nice. So far the push-button mechanism seems to work well but I have some minor concerns about longevity. All in all, a decent choice for the price.

It looks nice and fits my theme in the bathroom, although when I try to fill the tub for my kid to take a bath, the water drains and doesn’t hold the water. Which is unfortunate I have to order a different style.

This arrived in perfect condition and looks just like the pictures. Everything fit perfectly and works great.

There o ring is very sensitive but it works.

I liked the black stopper, it has a matte finish.I drain stopper worked well it wasn’t hard to install in my tub.Love that I can just press on it with my feet and the water is released from the bath tub.

I'll update if there are any problems but I wanted to review to try it out. Success! Many baths and it's secure.
