I’ve been working out and using pre-workouts for almost 20 years now. I purchased this because it was on sale and I also love John Wick lol. I was surprised just how good it tastes. I’ve only tried the flavor called Last Tropical Sunrise, but to me it tastes very similar to Tang or like a Sunny D. This is the first preworkout I’ve had where I WANT TO DRINK MORE after finishing the glass. I thought all preworkout were supposed to be disgusting and overly acidic. But I was wrong. As far as performance, it’s as good as any other preworkout I’ve had. It has the right amounts of caffeine, beta alanine, citrulline malate etc. but it might be better because of the L Theanine. It might be in my head, but I feel like the energy I get from it is more consistent throughout my whole workout. All I can say, is that if someone is reading this and you are on the fence about trying it, just get it. It has the right dosage of ingredients, but also has a really good taste. Which for me, after working out for 20 years, has become more and more important. 9/5/24: I am now on the Cherry flavor. It is really good too. It tastes a lot like a cherry jolly rancher in my opinion. I prefer the Tropical Sunrise flavor though. It the Sunrise flavor is a 10, I’d rate the Cherry a 9. Taste great and really provides that burst for the gym. Doesn't give headaches or concerns with the stomach.

This John Wick pre-workout is one of the best I’ve tried. Every flavor I’ve had so far tastes great, and it mixes smoothly with no chalky aftertaste. It gives me a clean, steady energy boost that keeps me motivated throughout my workouts no jitters, no crash. One of the biggest pros for me is that it doesn’t send me running to the bathroom like a lot of other pre-workouts I’ve used. Solid product all around. Highly recommend it if you want something effective and easy on the stomach.

Upon the initial disappointment of having the bottle delivered by itself (no box) and having the shipping label slapped over the instructions/nutrition facts, I was surprisingly pleased with using this morning before a 1 and 1/2 hour workout. I got the last tropical sunrise flavor and it tastes pretty good (like a tangerine or blood orange). I’m used to heavy caffeine so I took two scoops. Man, it gave me a pretty good kick of energy and good mood during my workout. I’m still feeling pretty energized at 6:30 at night without needing any coffee all day.

Not the best I’ve had but does the job for the price. I had to take 2 1/2 scoops and sometimes 3. But the way I use mine pre workout is, it’s added to a big bottle and I drink it through out my work out, with one shotgun before leaving the house. This brand seems to take a little longer to hit the system. Tastes great and easy to drink though.

After trying numerous pre-workouts over my 20 year lifting career, this is the one that will stick! Minimal ingredients (comparatively speaking), and a nice clean, sustained energy. I workout early morning, fasted, and it can be hard to find a pre-workout that doesn't cause jitters or nausea, but this one is as smooth as they come! I opted for the tropical sunrise, which has a nice, mild, mandarin orange flavour!

This is a really good pw. I use 2 scoops for early morning sessions and the energy and pump is 👍 Using 2 scoops is roughly $1.50 which is awesome in today’s over inflated prices. The only minor negative for me is the mixing. There’s always a bit powder at the bottom. I use a glass/spoon, so maybe a shaker cup would fix that ? The drink itself is smooth and flavourful. Definitely buying again

Great preworkout, tastes good has a little bitter after taste for a minute but it's fine. Amazing pump and the focus and energy from this pre is great!

This is my second order of this product, different flavor. First one was the cherry, not my favorite, then this one. Tropical is the best. Pump 7.5/10. One the better pre-workouts so far for me from here. Would recommend.
