Aways wanted a jack plate, so I pulled the trigger and decided on a Bob's for my Glassmaster rebuild. Could not be happier, and super easy to install. Raises. and lowers quickly, Would recommend their bolt kits, it saves you hassel.

The metal of the jack plate is good. Hydraulic pump is a different story.
Hydraulic pump was cracked on arrival. Poor manufacturing. The hydraulic pump has been broken on two upon arrival
