Great clamp. I purchased it simply because it looks cool. Well it turns out it’s functional too. I’m using it to clamp a desk lamp down to my desk since the base is way too unbalanced. Real easy to use and holds just as good as it looks.

I have no idea what this product is actually designed to do, but I took a chance and bought two of them for my computer desk. I can't push my desk against the wall because of my monitor arms and cable management, so I needed something to brace the desk against the wall to keep it from moving when I leaned into it or bumped it. These clamp to the desk legs and push against the wall, acting as a spacer and brace. They feel sturdy, I don't think I'll have to worry about them breaking or loosening.

Perfect fit around a round post for my use case and the rubber on the side which tightens grabbed the other side well. Pretty simple clamp, met my needs perfectly. BUY.

Good quality works great.

Many different mounting options. Super versatile and secure clamping. The clamp is made of metal and very strong. The defect on the one I received is that the mounting screw thread on the clamping knob was not 1/4-20. It was close, but not exact. I didn't attempt to find out what thread it was. I just know that screwing a camera into it could only get down 2 threads and then I can feel some binding and interference. Put in an order on Amazon and $30 poorer, a few days and I got a tap kit delivered to my house. Ran the 1/4-20 threading die over the mounting thread and the defect was fixed. 2 things I think could make this clamp better. The clamping piece on the end of the screw is made of plastic and has no soft padding. If this piece could also be made of metal and padded with rubber, then this could be a 5-star product.

Fit perfectly for my needs

Used it to hold my joystick in place, very neat piece of hardware, footprint is relatively small. Mission accomplished.

I used this so that I can clamp my camera to my desk (using a monopod) and it works perfectly. Cannot find any product as useful as this one, definitely worth the money. Quality is good too.

Very Strong

I ordered two of these to hold my camera and lighting equipment on my desk. I was able to remove the various threaded inserts using vise grips (heads up: they're glued in but they'll come out with some persuasion). The brackets seem to be near 10mm thick aluminum and the various silicone pads appear durable and so far haven't fallen off or been squished into a paper-thin silicone pancake. The worst part of the brackets is likely the knobs. They're just this boring round plastic which could be better shaped to allow you to apply more force, or include a flat spot for a wrench or key. But they work, they'll get the job done. Overall very happy and will be ordering again without a doubt.

I think that initially I bought only one to see how it works, and then I bought more because they are so versatile. If you like to munt cameras in unique places, this clamp will usually do the job. Just add a swivel adapter to adjust your angle.

i use them to clamp down my saw cutting jig the low foot clears the saws body nicely and they look proffessional
