This pan is on the heavy side for an 8" frying pan but no where near the weight of cast iron. It distributes heat and cooks evenly and is a snap to clean. I wasn't crazy about having to attach the handle but it hasn't proven to be a problem yet. They recommend not using metal utensils and washing it with a sponge. I use a dish cloth. I'd buy it again if I didn't like the Blue Diamond pan I bought better.

I've tested a lot of cookware, and this pan is about what I'd expect for price ($23 at the time of writing)it's really nice that they include a screwdriver to attach the handle, and I'm sure it keeps packaging and shipping costs down using smaller boxes, but it would be nicer if they just attached the handle for you. It would also improve quality control.Non-stick is going to depend on what you've used in the past and what you're cooking. It's not bad, but it's not as good as some of the ceramic pans I've used.Bottom line, if you're on a budget, this will do nicely. But a good skillet is something you (should) be able to use for years, and you'll likely use it daily.

Good even heat and easy to clean.

Skillet works well with frying anything. Bacon or sausage or eggs cook easily without anything sticking to the pan. Fill pan with cooking oil and fry anything else. I hope it lasts. Usually nonstick skillets don’t last long before food starts sticking to the pan. This skillet is pricey I hope it lasts for years.

Tried fir 2 hours and never could get the handle to fit so the screw could be tightened. Trashed it!!!

Lovely pan. Perfect size for one person. Nonstick and easy to clean. Great quantity with the reasonable price. Recommend to buy!

Wow! This nonstick pan is actually nonstick. I’d like to take this to the makers of all my previous nonstick cooking items as reference material. Definitely worth investing in every size and style. This pan has made cooking a breeze. However, and this is a major however, the handle is not straight and was welded wrong. I haven’t noticed it too much while cooking but it is a design flaw that certainly annoyed me when I first opened it. For that reason, I’ve deducted a star. But otherwise, I have found this pan to work as intended and to be a good value.
