Okay case, customer service was better :)
After my original review (see below) the seller contacted me and offered me a replacement case of my choosing from their store or a refund. They promptly sent the replacement and I received it in 2 days. I am modifying my original 2 star review to 4 stars because the seller was very nice and I think that the the replacement case is a much better quality.Here is the case I got as a replacement: https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B075MXCN7W********ORIGINAL REVIEW********The case is okay. For $10 I could have gotten a much better case quality than this and maybe I should have. It feels okay in my hands but when holding the phone to text or on a call the thickness of the panda on the middle-back is rather annoying. The one at the top doesn't hinder anything seemingly and it keeps my camera lens off of the table surface which is nice - BUT neither panda is the "squishy" type of material. They are very hard. I was hoping they would be squishy like the other adorable panda cases I've seen on Amazon. The case is very thin and I don't think it will last long, though it does fit perfectly on my phone. I do not like that the pen / stylus is alright for the price that I paid; it wasn't important to me when I purchased this case. However, the dust protector I thought was really cute, but again, it isn't good! It does not stay inside of my phone at all due to the weight of the cute owl charm. It slips out even when the phone is just laying there. It is also crooked, and covered in what looks like dried glue or maybe was melted around the "gem" part. Considering I bought this case specifically for that cute owl charm, I'm really upset that it isn't usable. I'm not really sure if I'll return this and just search for something else... It doesn't meet my standards at all. I've gotten better cases at less than half the price of this one :(

**This is an updated Review** Original review below:This product broke within 24 hours of use. My daughter was disappointed to have wasted her money on this.UPDATE: Yokirin contacted me after my review with the desire to replace the phone case. They were extremely professional and sent me the replacement phone case within a few days.The new phone case is a much more durable product and my daughter is happy!My 1 star rating has been updated to a 4 star based on their excellent customer service and because they reached out to me to make things right! I will definitely use them again.

Panda’s arm is falling off
It was really adorable, but it’s really cheap, believe me. The panda on the back is sorta coming off and the panda on the tops arm is about to fall off. I’d just like to say I’ve only been using this phone case for maybe 2 hours in total because I got it today and it’s already falling apart. It’s good as long as you don’t pick it, just be cautious that it’s not the best quality, it does look like the photo. It’s not a scam it’s just cheaper than what I expected. I’m into cute phone cases as such but again, just be careful with it.

Don’t buy
The panda on top fell off right away. The panda on the bottom had to be reglued. The case covers the camera.
