Easy to mix together, doesn't smell too much and sets fairly quickly
I bought this to fill some holes in the rear of my van where some plywood had been fitted, it worked a treat! It's easy to mix together, doesn't smell too much and sets fairly quickly.

Good stuff. Easy to use
Very easy to mix and use. Consistency of play dough when mixed so good for high volume or setting between 2 surfaces. I used mine to fill in a dent with a hole on a fuel tank.

Sets FAST, so be ready
I had a hole in the muffler of my 1974 Wheel Horse C-120... not the worst thing in the world, but I had bought some of this SteelStik and thought trying to patch that hole would be a perfect application. I cut off what turned out to be a bit too much, kneaded it per the instructions, and it got warm fast. So I started plugging the hole, then after < 5 minutes after beginning I noticed it becoming harder to manipulate. So I finished up, and between 5-10 minutes that stuff was set. I waited whatever the recommended waiting time is before starting the tractor (an hour maybe?), but lo and behold it sealed the leak and has held in place ever since. I've probably put 4-5 hours on the tractor since, so it's seen all the heat it ever will, and it has held firm without any discoloration even.I generally love JB Weld's products; this is another staple in the work shed.
