Ice Pack Sock for Full Foot Pain Relief, Hot Cold Therapy Sock

I have arthritis in my ankles and deal with a lot of swelling. I found these Ice Socks and thought it was worth a try. This was the Best Buy ever! They have the wrap to help keep them in place. You keep them in the freezer so the ice packs stay cold about 20 mins, very effective for swelling. Very thick and durable as well. I will share a picture to show coverage. Excellent product for the money! I definitely recommend!

Amazing and cool. I keep them with me at night to help with night sweats. They are a bit cold on my feet for overnight, but I just use it to lay on to keep me cool. They work wonders. They are great and if you want you can put your hand in them as well. Good to use on your feet as they are made for, but I like to just rest on it. They are made of a Gel like substance, great to keep in a bag and put in freezer overnight. They stay soft and pliable , but last all night and stay cool. Great product material.

I am so glad that I found these. I have been using ice packs that I've had to tie around my feet. Now I can put these on and they wrap around every part of my foot and ankle.

These are fantastic for icing the foot or ankle, for sprains, tendonitis, or conditions like a Morton's neuroma. I have not used them for heat. One caution: DO NOT WALK in them. This will instantly cause the inner gel to ooze out through the spandex, leaving a sticky coating. The instructions say to not place any pressure on them, but this should be stated more clearly. I'd advise to elevate the foot on a pillow while using, as even the weight of the heel/leg can add enough pressure to squeeze the gel out. If you do that, these works great and will last a long time. I find that the cool lasts 20-30 minutes, which is the right length for an icing session. I use them with a very thin sock on to make it more comfortable and avoid the "too cold" feeling.

I rolled both ankles on our Japan vacation. When I returned to US I had a boot on one foot and a foot sleeve on the other. Wearing these all day were so exhausting. I purchased these ice pack socks and they are so refreshing and healing to my feet. I use only cold method. I am a size 6.5 in womens shoe size and these fit perfectly. There is stretch room for larger feet size.

The description says you can STAND in it. I found that putting pressure on the heel by standing (or maybe in the process of getting up to a standing position) caused it to leak a tiny bit and at that point in the heel, it picked up fibers from the carpet that stuck to it. Easy enough to pull off those fibers, but it made me think that some gel must have leaked - a tiny bit - to give the fibers the sticky-ness. So I think as long as you are sitting or lying down, you don't have that issue. The beauty of this, though, is that it does encase your entire foot and ankle in soothing cooling relief vs. a wrap that only covers part of the foot or ankle, and it's very easy to put on and is comfortable. In that respect, I give it 5 stars. I removed one star because it doesn't stay cool as long as I would like - not as long as other cold wraps that only cover part of the foot, and then I removed another star because I do think that with pressure, the gel leaks a tiny bit and you shouldn't stand while wearing this. I don't know what else would explain the small collection of carpet fibers at the heel. I'd like to give it 3 and a half stars but that's not an option. I'm keeping it in any event.

These things are AMAZING! I deal with a lot of swelling in my feet and these have helped me so much. I can even walk in them if I have to. They stay in place, the Velcro is super strong.

These delivered tonight and it’s so cold in NC that they were already chilled. I put them on immediately and they are fabulous! Without any extra refrigeration, these stayed cold on my feet for over an hour and they were still cold when I took them off. These feel incredible and my feet feel energized. The coldness surrounds your whole foot and ankle. I’m not going to walk around in them but they feel durable. I wear a 7.5 sneaker and these are perfect. They aren’t loose or too tight. There is no set heel, so they are the Goldilocks of Cold Compression Socks. I call them my Icy Feet. I ordered the 2 pack and it was money well spent! You even receive a ziplock bag to store them while they are in the refrigerator. You can also freeze them but I don’t think that will be necessary. They can be heated but that’s not why I wanted them. Watch my video!

I sprained my foot when I fell, yes my foot not my ankle but side of foot because my foot went sideways when I fell. I used it only for the Ice pack part. Because the sprain was on the outside it was hard to put an ice pack on it without it falling off and uncomfortable if I tried to sit with my foot sideways. This is perfect as it is easy to wear and covers all of your foot. Suggest that you follow directions exactly for maximum comfort. I highly recommend this product.

Excellent product for the feet - been using two icepacks to cover the entire foot- this product is much easier and a great idea. Need this to supplement therapy for torn ligaments on ankle and repetitive sprains.

I have fibromyalgia, and this helps so much with pain, not to mention that the cooling sensation is so great when it's 30 Celsius. If you are in my situation, and have constant pain, this might be something you want to give it try as it relaxes you so much and takes some of the pain away.

I liked this when I broke my foot, I did find it a smidge snug but it did the trick
