Q: Hi, I have a 45" chest, and I want a medium compression, what size? when do this item will be available for Prime?

Xlarge would be the right size. We do not currently offer this through Prime but we do ship the item free of shipping charges and as quickly as Prime.

Q: Hi, I bought this shirt and the neckline was flat, i wear it a couple times now the neckline is curled up and can be seen there my shirt, why is that?

They are junk I’ve bought just about everyone they sell and they all are over priced never fit right are not comfortable at all
