This item was a present for my wife. A she is a dog walker and dog trainer, so she is out in all kinds of weather and she wanted a phone which could stand up to all sort of temperatures, conditions, dust and would survive a drop or an unexpected "fling" when handling the her clients pets. My wife isn't a gear freak, and isn't bother about owning the latest and great iPhone or Samsung that might be in fashion, so the Ulefone Armor X12 Pro appeared to tick all the boxes. Plus, the X12 isn't too expensive, so it fitted in nicely with her Northern sensibilities, even with the additional protective case/back clip/carabiner package: when the back clip is fitted, it also doubles as a handy stand when rotated.Time will tell whether we will run into any useability, software or hardware issues.

perfect durable phone for my husband.

I use this phone for work in all weathers and so far it's been great. I'm not to worried about breaking it as it's really well made and durable. Also the touch screen works perfectly in water and heavy rain. Also comes with warranty just activate through email. Over all I give the product 5 stars 🤩

I bought this for my farmer husband who is pretty rough on his phones. It has taken him a while to get used to the different way of ‘using’ the phone compared to his Samsung, but I think it works well and at least half the price ! Now and against gets ‘stuck’ and he has to turn it in and off. Watsapp didn’t work so we had to change a setting

After 3 Weeks I have a problem with the microphone, reverted back to my HONOR fone.
