Great set of construction screws, putting together a new kitchen sink cabinet, these screws can drill straight through a knot and embed flush without cracking the wood. Combination of the drilling head, serrated threads and reverse threads at the end pull and lock pieces together fantastically with ease. Included drill bit is always appreciated as hex bits do wear out faster, so a fresh one with every box is a great addition. I cannot say how rust proof or long lasting outdoors they might be but the coating looks good with no thin or bare patches. The length is as described and the hold's better than I expected, would buy again. P.S. I am using standard construction Pine 2x4s and OSB panels. So Cedar or any other softwood decking should behave similarly, if you are working with Hard woods ALWAYS pre-drill your holes, even with great screws like these, but soft wood? Go nuts! These work great!

What the heck? There is no driver bit in the box of screws. These screws were expensive for deck screws. Every other box of screws I have bought always has a driver bit. I’m disappointed and will need to go to a hardware store to buy a screw head driver bit. This defeats the purpose in buying the screws by mail order if I have to go to the hardware store to complete the order. Update: After using half the box of screws I did find a driver head in the box. My star rating goes up to 4 stars. The quality of these screws is below average. A couple of the heads popped off while screwing and the top of the heads could have been machined more precise. A few of the heads did strip because of loose threads on the end. These are stainless steel, so they are better than regular deck screws. You can probably find a higher quality screws at the hardware store. These are Ok for general use. For anything special, you need a higher quality screws.

I have ordered these screws numerous times for a shed/shop build. I used the 2-1/2",3" and 4" for various uses in the floor, framing walls and roof and an nice little deck add-on. Time will tell how they hold up in our PNW rain but a great deal over the big box store brands & pricing. I probably saved over a couple hundred bucks in fasteners alone. Highly recommended!

Some of the best screws available like GRK. Flawless performance in every application. So much less effort than Phillips heads. Highly recommend.
