Cannot take much water actually, only moderate...
Was working fine, I’ve even took some showers while using it. Until I washed my hair with it, then it died.

Terrible for lap swimming
As soon as they’re submerged the music is basically silent. Terrible for lap swimming.

Neither waterproof nor bluetooth
Works above water, doesn’t work underwater, and terrible quality once wet.

Cheaply Built - Good Enough for the Price
Pros:- Does have some Water Resistance to sweat, Showers, and short Immersion in Water.- Battery Life is more than 6 hours continuous for music or audio book. (You CAN run a Marathon on 1 Charge).- Sound Quality is OK for the Price.- Comes with 3 different Ear Insert Sizes.- Comes in Different Colors (Blue, Green Pink, Black)Cons:- Durability is not great. The connection between the earpieces and the connecting cable is the weak point.- The soft ear inserts don't form a great seal in the ear so water can get in and stop sound from getting to the ear drum.- The over the ear piece gets loose over time and the earpiece comes out of the ear when running or other physical activity so you have to keep shoving the earpieces back into the ear. The ear wings last a few months of continuous use before getting too loose for exercise. You can still use them for less vigorous activities.- The USB charging port gets loose in a few months so you have to be careful about how the charging cable is inserted or the earbuds will not charge.- The switches wear out quickly on some of these. Others are fine. This means quality control is poor. It is a gamble on how long the switches will last.- The earbuds are kind of finicky on whether they will pair with a Samsung Galaxy Smartphone. Often I have to turn off the Bluetooth on the phone and reset the pairing connection to get the earbud to connect to the phone.- When paired with these earbuds, the Samsung Galaxy smartphone will disconnect the cellular phone portion of the device so you will not be able to receive phone calls until you reset the phone. This has happened with several Samsung Galaxy S7 and S5 phones so I know it is not just my individual smart phone.Other comments:I have purchased a dozen pairs of these earbuds over the course of three years in multiple colors. I have done so because, in spite of the quality problems and durability issues, they are still the best of the half dozen different IPX7-8 earbuds I have tried. I have tried some expensive (US$120) earbuds which had better sound quality, better pairing with the phone and better durability (not really more durable). Those higher priced earbuds did not perform any better in wet situations and failed when immersed in water for any length of time. Since I use these for exercising in the gym, running in all weather conditions, and run Obstacle Course Races (OCR's) where the earbuds are exposed to water, mud, and physical abuse, I really cannot afford to pay US$120 for earbuds that don't really last any longer, or perform better under those conditions. I am willing to spend US$23 for these earbuds that last as long as the more expensive ones. I just would like to see the quality control be more consistent, the connection between the earpieces and the connecting cable be reinforced, the USB charging port be a little more durable, and the switches be more durable. I can find better flexible ear inserts to get a better seal but would pay a little more for better ones.Just a note on any Bluetooth wireless earbuds and water. The Bluetooth signal does not propagate through water. Even if the earbuds are IPX8 water resistant, you cannot have your phone on the side of the pool and expect to get a signal to your earbuds unless you keep your head above water. The best you can hope for is carrying your phone on your arm, chest, or back as close to the earbuds as possible. Even then, the Bluetooth signal can be lost if both devices are fully immersed in water to block the signal. The Bluetooth earbuds will work in the shower, or when you jump in a muddy pool of water, or if you dive in water where the earbuds are covered for a couple seconds at most (so they do not disconnect from the phone/sending device). If the transmitter is very powerful, the chance of maintaining the connection is better but still not assured. This signal attenuation in water is why submarines have to put an antenna above the water surface to communicate with other ships or their base by radio. Submarines have much more powerful transmitters and receivers than these earbuds and a smartphone.
