So glad I bought this. It covers the back, top and both sides of the oven. It's thick and nicely stitched together. I'm not sure if it helped or not (I'm assuming it helped) with keeping the oven warm because I bought them both brand new and used them together but it definitely puts some protection around the oven as it gets extremely hot.

If you have a camp oven, you MUST get one of these! It improves the efficiency tremendously. I made a cover for my Coleman oven years ago; recently acquired a newer oven and was thinking of making one for it until I saw this was available for an unbelievable price. I could not have purchased the materials for less (and then I would have had to spend time stitching it together).Perfect fit for my Redcamp oven. I made some wire "pincers" out of some copper wire I had laying around (may make something more elegant later) just to keep the cover tightly closed over the oven. This is probably overkill and I think the cover would work fine without it.Very pleased with this addition to my gear.

The media could not be loaded. I’m glad someone made these for the camping ovens. I think it’s worth the $30 investment because I used less fuel after applying to my oven.I took a torch lighter to the material and it sparked some but did not ignite. I felt safe enough to bake with it on top of my house stove.On windy days you can easily move it around the oven to block the wind. I could still touch the cover after baking for hour at 325.

I have been trying to solve the uneven heat distrubiton problem of the Coleman Camp oven for years. I found the solution. A small sized to fit Pizza stone in the bottom, to better diffuse the heat, and this blanket to cover it.There are TONS of videos on how to sew one of these up, but you need a welding blanket to start with, this was cheaper and easier than DIY...Pair this with a 10x10 pizza stone and it REALLY helps out keeping heat nice and even, especially on windy days...Now I can have fresh biscuits and sausage gravy in camp!

Perfect! Helps keep a steady temperature in my Coleman camp oven. I had never seen this before and have been using my oven for years. Get it if you love using your camp oven. It is simple to use and delivers just as promised. I expect it to last me for many years.

This fits the redchef oven. Thick material. Should hold more heat in the oven.
