I am a makeup artist and therefore am constantly looking for great eyeshadows for lower costs, of course higher end shadows are excellent but this is on a similar par. The selection of mattes, shimmers and metallics are varied and great. Highly pigmented with great staying power, I recommend using a eye primer first, but this applies to all eyeshadows. The colours are beautiful, yes the eyeshadows themselves are about the size of 5p, however they are excellent. If you are looking for a good range of colours and finishes, highly pigmented and good value eyeshadows then this is certainly the palette for you. each layer is individually wrapped so I had no broken shadows whatsoever. Make sure you are buying from Shopeez, as they are licensed to sell Coastal Scents and are certainly not a fake item unlike some other sellers. Very happy.** after closer inspection the mattes are slightly chalky but really nothing to worry about and there is fallout, however ensure you apply foundation afterwards to cover this and wipe away with cotton bud or wipe. Also maybe use tissue under the eye when applying to prevent fallout. Still none of these points warrant any negativity for the price paid. All the colours I've used so far have been highly pigmented, easily blendable, and have had good lasting power! The pans are pretty small but there are so many colours to chose from and since you only need a little at a time, I think this palette will last me a looong time.
