Review: Useful ... for a week or two - My experience was similar to what others have reported. The product initially worked, and when it does, it's extremely useful. However, less than two months later, it is unusable. Although the flow rate metering seems to be still functioning, the temperature reading started to become inaccurate. It was reading 75C for a temperature that was probably only 42C. Ultimately, it's now useless. If you just want a throwaway gadget to help you work out shower usage, that is really the only scenario where it is worthwhile.
Review: It actually works, no idea now though - I tried to video it after it was running for a few minutes when I realised it was actually working accurately. I had little to no hope of it being anything more than a gimmick but this is something every home should have for sure. Very pleased that it works, and hoping it will act as a deterrent to prevent a certain teenager from spending way too long in the shower. Nothing else has worked so far so fingers crossed he takes notice of this gadget.

I needed this for the water consumption more than the temperature. Both work. I think it's well engineered, easy to install. It appears to be powered by the water pressure itself, so unfortunately doesn't work with mist mode. After few days one of the two broke and the new one I ordered to replace it didn't even turn on, so be aware of the quality, is not great .
