My young adult son wanted this for cosplay. He's 6'1 & 265lbs ("thick" not muscles), he usuallywears a 2xl in most things. He measured perfectly for the 4xl but we decided to go up 1 to 5xl. Im glad we did. It was perfect in some areas, like stomach, between the legs, and length, while baggy in others like in the width of the arms & legs. Even just a little big in the stomach.
