I travel a lot for work - and it’s really hard to get good food and all of my micronutrients in. Top of that stress and EMF’s. Week 2, taken daily, and I'm not noticing any increase in mood, energy, or anything really. At least I haven't experienced anything negative, just nothing positive (at least to a noticeable degree). I don't know if it's just me / my body, or if this is common, but I have seldomly found a supplement that actually does what it claims, at least in a significant or noticeable manner. These are nicely packaged in blister packs, and I take it with a swig of lemon water (something I drink every day any way) so I have not noticed any off-putting taste. They're small and easily swallow-able. I still give it 4 stars because it doesn't appear to be HURTING anything, and maybe just maybe behind the scenes I actually am experiencing positive attributes (just not realizing it). Not sure that I'll continue this after I've taken the remaining 1/2, but I will reassess after giving it the full try (another couple of weeks) -- I suppose it could take longer than I'm expecting to start noticing anything...I'm not holding my breath though.

These things are cream of the crop. Never really took shilajit before but I actually feel the positive effects from these tablets, and knowing how clean they are because of the lab tests amplifies the effects 5X more. Been chasing them with some electrolytes every morning and taste lasts a quick 3 seconds. Sick product!

Not really impressed with the quality, lots of shilajit out there and this is fine if you don’t want to take the time to use a little spoon, but inlike my little spoon

I feel a major difference whenever I take Based Shilajit. Other brands have not given me the same effects that this has given me. I’ve been taking based shilajit for a couple years now and it’s a staple in my vitamin cabinet. It Improved my energy, focus, and overall balanced my energy with no negative side effects. Highly recommend even if you’re new to supplements!
